Founded by Mariah Bayne — a sales-driven career coach, speaker, and operator with 12+ years across Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. She has led teams responsible for $500M+ in revenue and hired and evaluated 350+ professionals. Today she coaches, speaks, and builds programming that helps professionals translate the work they have already done into clear skills, measurable impact, and credible proof.
