I've done other impact statement workshops but this was hands down the most thoughtful and actionable framework. I'm glad I trusted the process and fought the urge to skip ahead or rush to ChatGPT. The design was simple and easy to read. Recommendations were spot on and aligned with the direction / path I had in mind. The non-obvious path is great, especially during a time when people are pivoting.

The most valuable part of this experience was the opportunity to get more of clear understanding for one’s career path. Especially individuals who may haven’t been able to wrap their heads around “where/what should I do next?” or “how do I go from here?”

I really like helping verbalize the value in what work you are doing + helping to decide how you should voice your impact depending on the stakeholder.

This tool is brilliant. It not only helped me find the right language to describe my experience using the terminology of the industry I'm transitioning into (which I'm still learning), but it also helped me recognize the value and impact of the work I do, which is easy to lose sight of in the day-to-day.
